Originally created from a classic printing company, Apograph GmbH<\/strong> was founded for the very specific purpose of bringing together various know-how providers from the field of surface finishing under one roof. In previous years, all of these specialists had worked either in sub-areas, such as the electronics and automotive industries, or as manufacturers of decorative and keyboard membranes and control elements for well-known membrane keyboard manufacturers. But it turned out that our affinity became increasingly focused on perfecting good products or perfecting beautiful products. Apograph quickly gained a reputation as an innovative high-end surface refiner. Our special \u201chobby horse\u201d has historically been the refining of coins and medals, but we also take great pleasure in processing products from the watch and jewelry industry, and we like to take on challenges, including those from other industries.<\/p>

When coins and medals with color applications became \"court-worthy\" and increasingly accepted in the market around the turn of the millennium, people started approaching us saying, \"Hey, you're the ones with the color!\" Later, we even heard people say that products refined by Apograph could be recognized because they \"come to life,\" or that \"you\u2019re magicians.\" Praise like this brings great joy to our team, but it also motivates us to continuously improve our work in order to keep delighting our customers.
Because we know that standing still is going backwards and there are always opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The world of surface finishing<\/strong> actually always presents us with new challenges. It's not always just about purely technical questions. It's also about convincing customers that their products are in good hands with us. It's about providing a perfect service in the areas of administration and communication. In fact, it's about convincing the customer that not only their products, but their projects and, in a sense, the customer themselves are in good hands. This is not always easy in an international environment with many \u201cstakeholders\u201d and with constantly new requirements and designs and in truth we are just people who unfortunately cannot do magic. But we are proud that, even in difficult moments, we always found a solution to successfully complete the project.<\/p>

We have also learned that success is only possible if the customer and the supplier work in partnership and if each party proactively contributes everything necessary to avoid difficulties and to overcome challenges. In a partnership one speaks openly about existing potential for improvement and helps each other in the process of the constant improvement. Both parties benefit from long-term business relationships, and trust is the basis for efficient and successful cooperation. Therefore, we are happy about every customer who enters into a long-term, trusting partnership with us and who then demands all our possibilities and competences with his projects.
